We offer head spa treatments, facials, and scalp therapy services. All treatments are performed by trained specialists. Service descriptions, durations, and pricing are listed on our Services page and may be updated without notice.

3. Bookings & Appointments

Appointments are booked online or by contacting the studio. By booking, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use any payment method offered.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any lawful reason.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards, debit, and cash. Prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes where stated. Gift cards and packages are non-refundable.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Please see our Cancellation Policy for full details. Briefly: 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged in full or in part.

You agree to disclose any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, medications, or skin/scalp concerns that may affect your treatment. We are not medical practitioners and our services are not a substitute for medical care. If you are pregnant, undergoing medical treatment, or have a condition that may be affected by spa services, please consult your physician before booking.

7. Client Conduct

We are committed to a safe, respectful environment for all guests and staff. Disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behaviour will result in immediate termination of service without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unwind Spa By TO. Nails Touch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our services. You participate in our services at your own discretion and risk.
