- Phone only, no ring lightsNatural light and a steady hand. Tripods by request.
- Keep the sound lowNo talking to camera inside treatment rooms while others are in session.
- Film the moments that matterArrival, the scalp check, the wash, the after. Put the phone down for the rest.
- We’ll help with a few clipsAsk, and your therapist can grab a short shot or two when it doesn’t break the ritual.

Questions we get asked
Do you ever make an exception?
No. Not for 1,000 followers, not for 1,000,000. Especially not for 1,000,000. Everyone pays, which is exactly why our creator videos are worth watching.
Do I need a big following?
No. If your video is honest and well made, we’ll feature it whether you have 300 followers or 300,000.
Is a feature guaranteed?
We pick what we share so our screens and feed stay on brand. Most honest, respectful videos make it. We’ll always credit you when we do.
Can you use my video?
Tagging us with #SelfCareAtUnwind means we may reshare your post with credit on our socials and in-studio screens. We’ll ask you directly before using it anywhere else, such as in paid ads.
Should I label my post as an ad?
You paid in full, so we’re not sponsoring you. Since our feature is a perk, please add “paid visit” or “not sponsored” to your caption so your followers know exactly how this works.
Can I get a discount code for my followers?
Not through this program. If we ever run a paid creator partnership, we’ll reach out to you directly.
