What is an organic facial?
A facial built around certified-organic Éminence products, tailored to your skin after a short consultation rather than a fixed menu.
How long is a facial, and what does it cost?
Facials run from 30 to 90 minutes, starting at $85 for the Express facial. See the menu on this page for all options and pricing.
Do I need to book ahead?
Booking ahead is recommended. Facials are booked at tonailstouch.ca, our sister site at the same address. Walk-ins are welcome when there’s availability.
Is this suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. Every facial is customized; if a stronger exfoliation isn’t right for you that day, your esthetician uses a gentler approach.

Every facial starts with a consultation. Your esthetician reads the skin you arrived with — not the skin you had last month — and builds the treatment around it.
We work with Éminence Organic Skin Care, hand-blended in Hungary since 1958 from certified-organic fruits, vegetables and herbs. The line changes with the season, which means so does your facial.

A consultation, a double cleanse, a seasonal exfoliation and a masque chosen for the skin you arrive with — finished with moisturiser, eye care and mineral SPF. A complete treatment at its own pace, and the natural partner to a head spa.

Classic Éminence Organic Custom Facial
$165
The full European facial, unhurried. Deep cleanse, seasonal exfoliation, extractions where your skin is ready for them, and a Hungarian massage that works the facial muscles rather than gliding over them. Two masques, layered, then serum, moisturiser, eye and lip care chosen for your skin on the day.

Head Spa & Express Facial
$190
Our Signature Head Spa — shiatsu scalp massage, deep scalp cleanse, double hair wash, nourishing hair mask, halo water ritual and a light blow dry — followed by the Express Éminence Organic Facial. Ninety minutes on the two places that hold the most tension. Booked together it saves $15.

What to expect
Come a few minutes early. Your esthetician will ask about your skin, what you use at home, and anything that has changed recently. The treatment is decided from that conversation.
If your skin is not ready for extractions that day, we will not force them. If a stronger exfoliation is not right for you, we use a gentler one. That is what custom means here.
You will leave with advice on how to look after your skin at home.
